Can I use this for a specific use case?
amazeeClaw is a general-purpose AI agent. The most common use cases are:
- Personal briefings — summaries of your inbox, calendar, and news
- Research and drafting — quick research, summaries, and first drafts for emails or docs
- Reminders and follow-ups — scheduled nudges and checklists
- Browser automation — filling forms, collecting data, repeating web tasks
- Cross-device coordination — send a task from your phone, get the result back in chat
Is my data really private?
Yes. Your conversations run on amazee.io infrastructure, not third-party AI platforms. Your data is not used to train models.
Can I change models?
Yes.
Option 1: Ask your agent to do it.
Option 2: Change it in the OpenClaw gateway settings.

What browsers are supported?

If you're on an older browser version, update to the latest — older versions may have display issues.
Can I integrate with Slack, Telegram, Discord, or WhatsApp?

What happens if I cancel and re-subscribe?
If you re-subscribe within 30 days, your conversation history may be restored (depending on when your instance was deleted). After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted and you start fresh.
Can I get a refund?
We don't offer refunds for partial months. If provisioning fails, we issue an automatic refund. If you experience a significant service outage, contact ai.support@amazee.io and we'll work with you.

How do I delete my account?
Cancel your subscription from Account Settings. Your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted. For immediate deletion, contact ai.support@amazee.io and we'll process it within 7 business days.
Who do I contact for enterprise or compliance questions?
Email ai.support@amazee.io. We can discuss custom plans, compliance requirements, and deployment options for larger organizations.
