Get Your API Key

Your amazee.ai API key and endpoint are available from the amazee.ai portal. API keys belong to a workspace and region, so start by choosing the workspace you want to use.

Steps

  1. Log in at my.amazee.io
  2. Choose your workspace from the sidebar. Workspaces appear as AI: [workspace name].
  3. Open API Keys
  4. Choose the region where you want the key to run

Regions page — choose the region for your API key

  5. Click Create API Key

  6. Name the key and create it

Create API Key dialog — confirm the region and name your key

  7. Open the key's settings panel

  8. Copy your Endpoint and API Key

Manage API Key panel — view credentials and copy your endpoint

Keep both values handy. You'll need them for every integration guide.

Workspaces and regions

Each workspace has its own team, members, roles, keys, and regional budgets. If you belong to more than one workspace, confirm you are in the right one before creating a key.

Regions are separate. A key created in one region uses that region's endpoint and budget. Credits are region-specific and cannot be moved between regions.

Your API key page shows the selected region, how many keys exist there, and the workspace's current spend and budget for that region:

API Keys overview

From the region page, you can:

  • Create a new API key
  • Copy the region endpoint from an existing key
  • Open a key's settings panel to copy credentials or delete the key
  • Top up the region balance if you are an admin
  • Review recent balance purchases

Endpoints

Your endpoint is shown in the key detail panel. It looks like:

https://llm.[region].amazee.ai/v1

Available regions include:

Region Endpoint
Switzerland https://llm.ch103.amazee.ai/v1
Germany https://llm.de103.amazee.ai/v1
United States https://llm.us103.amazee.ai/v1
Australia https://llm.au103.amazee.ai/v1
United Kingdom https://llm.uk103.amazee.ai/v1

Your exact endpoint is shown in the portal — use that value, not the table above.

Permissions and budgets

Workspace roles control what each member can do:

  • Admin users can create keys, manage members, and top up the region balance.
  • Key Creator users can create keys.
  • Read Only users can view workspace information but cannot create keys or top up balance.

Budgets are tracked by workspace and region. The region page shows current spend and budget, and admins can use Top Up Balance to add more credits for that region.
